Full-Service Planning

When you need help from start to finish, including RSVP management, and finding the perfect venue.  This includes all items listed below.


Partial Planning, and Day-of Coordination

(You have chosen your venue and are working with their Catering Manager to chose menu, etc. Now you need someone to help you finish the planning process, take the stress off, and coordinate your special day!)


  • I meet up with the venue to go over all your details (menu, seating diagram, ceremony set up, etc.), and keep in communication with the venue for any changes, additions, etc.
  • Offer professional advice on what you need and how to go forward, and what needs to be done next
  • Keep in contact with vendors with any changes/additions
  • All Day-of Coordination services listed below


Day-of Coordination Only

(You have pretty-much planned everything the way you want it, but want a professional to step in and insure the event goes perfectly.)


  • Prior to your event there is an initial meeting and introduction with email and phone access for further assistance leading up to the big day to go over all the details
  • A second meeting at venue for rehearsal prior to the big day. This is when you bring your items for me to set up (seating chart, toasting glasses, cake cutters, candles, pictures, signage, card box, guest book, etc.)
  • I meet with the venue event planner that you have been working with to get the ceremony and room diagrams
  • I create a customized timeline
  • Referrals of reputable vendors (Photographers, DJ's, Videographers, Florists, Officiants, Bakeries)
  • Vendor follow-up/confirmation
  • ​Coordinate all details with vendors/venue and forward timeline to all so everyone is on the same page
  • Early arrival of coordinator to ensure proper set-up, vendor arrivals/set up
  • Insure delivery of bouquets to the bridal room, pin on corsages and boutonniere
  • Coordinate procession, and ensure time management of ceremony and reception (ceremony, photo time, meal time, first dance(s), bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, etc.)
  • ​Bustle brides' dress after photos
  • Coordinate grand entrance
  • Set-up of and distribution of items for ceremony/reception (Seat assignments, card box, cake cutting set, toasting glasses, rings, party favors, etc).
  • Coordinate proper announcements with DJ to ensure event flow
  • Towards the end of the event, collect and pack up reception items: toasting glasses, cake cutters, candles, etc.
